The Diary Of A Young Girl - Anne Frank

I really love this book and I read it 3 times. I'm going to tell you about it. Hopefully you will get interested in it and will read it when you have time!

In 1942, with Nazis occupying Holland, a thirteen years old Jewish girl and her family fled their home in Amsterdam and went into hiding. For the next 2 years, until their whereabouts were betrayed to the Gestapo, they and another family lived together in the "Secret Annexe" of an old office building. Cut off from the outside world, they face hunger, boredom, and fear of being discovered, and death.

In her diary, Anne Frank recorded her experience during this period. By turns that are thoughtful, moving, and amusing, her diary shows courage and a spirited young woman whose promise was tragically cut short.

I really like this book and hope you like it too!
